I've been listening to Living on the Earth recently, and hearing more intelligent and relevant information about the economy than I ever have from the Marketplace show.

I would love to see a push to move LIving on the Earth to a 5 day a week show, and the Marketplace to once a week at most.

AFter all, we all live in the environment, breathe air, etc. Very few of us are affected in any real way by what the stock market did today.

But for the oil futures trading, which Carl Kassel morosely reads off every morning he's on duty like it's some sort of obituary (which in a sense I guess it is).
